5. What can I do? Was Noah a business mogul or famous person of his day?
Abraham was just a goat herder among many other goat herders.
Nehemiah was a slave that served the King fresh grape juice.
Esther was a slave girl that made it to being Queen, but still could not approach the King without great fear.
Peter was a fisherman of Galilee without a formal education.
John the baptizer lived in the wilderness, wore rough clothes, and ate insects.
Matthew was hated by the masses because he was a tax collector for the Roman occupation.

Luke 16:13 "No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon." NKJV

13. “I LOVE the Lord!”
James 2:14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. 18 But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe — and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." Even if you don’t have kids, consider this from the perspective of possibilities.
Who would we want our children to follow?
Are we the kind of example they SHOULD follow?
Our actions are burned into the minds of our children…and many of the people around us.
Is it to the glory of God, or do we bring Him shame?

Father - Ephesians 6:4 And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. NKJV
Proverb 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. NKJV
…Proverb 22:5 Thorns and snares are in the way of the perverse; he who guards his soul will be far from them. NKJV

Mothers - 1 Timothy 2:15 Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control. NKJV
1 Timothy 5:14 Therefore I desire that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully. NKJV

Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. 4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. 5 Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate.
