8 Plot Le Barge The rival relationship between Buck and Spitz begins from here, Le Barge. In their rivalry, hundreds of huskies suddenly attacked sled-dogs. So their camp turned into turmoil and some of the dogs wounded; their journey to Dawson was difficult.

10 Plot Pelly One day a mad dog named Dolly, an unaggressive huskie; the last member of the team, chased Buck in no reason. Spitz likewise attacked exhausted Buck. As a different from other weak Southland dogs Buck was, he consistently survive and even have pride as a sled-dog.

12 Plot Dawson Buck joined the mournful (sad) song of huskies in the team and present his primordial beast in him so that he threatened Spitz. Now he wanted to be a leader dog.

14 Plot Tahkeena On their way of hunting rabbits, Spitz and Buck fought in final match. Spitz was killed by Buck so he take supremacy.
