Overview ~140 IS employees Locations: Samaritan Square (9 th St), HP building 10 (Circle Blvd), Health Plans (Walnut), each hospital CIO over IS and CMIO over Informatics 2014-2015: 3 interns, 2 from OSU BIS – All now hired as full-time employees 2015- 2016: 9 interns, 7 from OSU BIS – 1 hired; 3 continuing internships with SHS 2016-2017: 7 internships – 4 new positions

8 Overview of Internship Opportunities Advertised on samhealth.org under Technical/Information Services. Req #34788 for all 4 positions. Actually casual employment (part-time job) Flexibility to go up and down in hours throughout the month/semester, negotiated with manager. No official end date, manager determined. $13/hour Interviewed by various hiring managers, placed by best fit. Areas: analysts, web development, access provisioning, desktop solutions, infrastructure Opened until filled.
