National Governing Body Qualifications: (GNAS Archery, BSAC Snorkelling) Risk Assessments: all activities, operational areas, operating procedures and equipment are safety checked and risk assessed as part of our safety management policy Site Security & Supervision: every room is fitted with radios to contact staff, also 24 hour security patrolled area Fire Drills: groups are shown the procedure on arrival First Aid procedures are in place Safety and Security

Recruitment Timeline Stage 1 - Staff complete an online application Stage 2 –Selected for phone interview Stage 3 – Successful interviewees are invited to a 6 day assessment course where they undertake a number of challenges and must meet our required standard Stage 4 – Successful attendees then move into our ‘induction and training period’, where they receive further training and National Governing Body Qualifications We believe in the personal touch.
