2. Login to EHBs

3. Select Grants Folder Tab

4. Open the Grant Folder

5. Select “Work On Other Submissions”

6. Select the Program Terms Report

7. Select “Search Contracts” on the Left Navigation Menu

8. Enter the Date Range for Your 2016 Fiscal Year and Click “Search”

9. Expand Each Provider Row and Review Funded Services, Contract Start and End Dates, and Amounts

10. Update Your Contracts Using the “Edit/Remove” Links in the Action Column

11. Add Contracts Using the “Add Contract” Link

12. When Your 2016 Contracts Are Complete and Correct, Return to the PTR Inbox

13. Select “Create” or “Open” in the Action Column

14. Verify/Update Grantee Information

15. Click “Save” in the Lower Right Corner

16. Select “File Upload” in the Left Menu

17. View PTR Reporting Instructions

18. Download Document Templates

19. Upload Completed Documents

20. Upload Supplemental Documents

21. View the auto-generated Consolidated List of Contractors

22. Review Warning Messages

23. Synchronize Contract Information

24. Expand Your Contract List and Verify Service Categories

25. Make Necessary Changes

26. View the auto-generated Allocations Report

27. Review Warning Messages and Synchronize contract information

28. Enter Funding Amounts in the Allocation Categories Table

29. Select “Save” in the Lower Right

30. Select Validate on the Left Menu

31. Wait 3-5 Minutes and Select Validate Again

32. Correct Any Validation Issues Identified

33. Add a Warning Comment for Any Validation That Cannot Be Corrected

34. All Errors Must Be Corrected

35. When Complete, Select “Submit”
