Login to EHBs

Select Grants Folder Tab

Open the Grant Folder

Select “Work On Other Submissions”

Select the Program Terms Report

Select “Search Contracts” on the Left Navigation Menu

Enter the Date Range for Your 2016 Fiscal Year and Click “Search”

Expand Each Provider Row and Review Funded Services, Contract Start and End Dates, and Amounts

Update Your Contracts Using the “Edit/Remove” Links in the Action Column

Add Contracts Using the “Add Contract” Link

When Your 2016 Contracts Are Complete and Correct, Return to the PTR Inbox

Select “Create” or “Open” in the Action Column

Verify/Update Grantee Information

Click “Save” in the Lower Right Corner

Select “File Upload” in the Left Menu

View PTR Reporting Instructions

Download Document Templates

Upload Completed Documents

Upload Supplemental Documents

View the auto-generated Consolidated List of Contractors

Review Warning Messages

Synchronize Contract Information

Expand Your Contract List and Verify Service Categories

Make Necessary Changes

View the auto-generated Allocations Report

Review Warning Messages and Synchronize contract information

Enter Funding Amounts in the Allocation Categories Table

Select “Save” in the Lower Right

Select Validate on the Left Menu

Wait 3-5 Minutes and Select Validate Again

Correct Any Validation Issues Identified

Add a Warning Comment for Any Validation That Cannot Be Corrected

All Errors Must Be Corrected

When Complete, Select “Submit”
