QRT P ROCESS Fiscal agent works with consortium lead to gather all company applications Submitted to WFI Application reviewed by WFI – staff recommendation approved by VP Approval letter from President to company and supporting agencies Three party contracts issued via fiscal agent Customized reporting templates sent to fiscal agent for company reporting/reimbursements Reimbursements begin approximately 3 months after approval date – monthly reports are required
