Regional Haze Planning Report State Planning Activities Underway Several states have completed their public processes and are ready to submit BART determinations – Some completions. Most states still working Reasonable Progress/Long-term Strategies – Progressing. Different approaches to non-BART screening and 4-factor analyses May be difference in EPA regions’ acceptance criteria
