9 Being organized and planning...... reduce your stress!!! Over-estimate how long something will take you rather than under-estimate. Organization & Planning

10 Make a Plan Short term/small assignments –Plan what you need to do –Plan the order in which work should be done Do this whether the plan is written or in your head!
