8. Quick Review Salvation begins with God’s choice of us before the foundation of the world The gospel is “the power of God for salvation” (Romans 1:16) We are regenerated (born again) when God calls us instantaneously from spiritual death to spiritual life through the gospel

9. The Conversion Formula “Conversion is our willing response to the gospel call, in which we sincerely repent of sins and place our trust in Christ for salvation.” (Wayne Grudem) Repentance + Faith = CONVERSION
