3 Feast of Passover Passover is a one-day event … it is followed by the 7-day Feast of Unleavened Bread – the Feast of Firstfruits is celebrated on Day 3. It commemorates and celebrates God’s deliverance of Israel out of slavery in the land of Egypt (Exodus 12:14).

4 Feast of Passover The Lord sent Moses to lead the people out of bondage in Egypt to the promised land. When first confronted by Moses, Pharaoh refused to let the people go. 5 Feast of Passover Number 10 was the big one: the death of all the firstborn. “each man is to take a lamb for his family … without defect … slaugher them at twilight … take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the door frames.” (Exodus 12:3-7) “and when I see the blood, I will pass over you.” (Exodus 12:13)
