2  Youth Support Sector has 2 Outcome Challenges  1- Outcome Challenge: those in center  Centre Directors, youth and children accept that care in a family in community is better than care in a centre, and they prepare plans to make changes together.  2- Outcome Challenge: Care-Leaver  Children and youth who have left centres are provided with age and need appropriate services, have life skills, can share experiences with each other, find jobs and live in communities safely and sustainably. 5 Young Adult in Residential Car Center at the training Youth club members from other provinces and around Phnom Penh participated life skill training on problem solving and economics management in Phnom Penh.

6 Youth Support Sector Essential of Youth Club Program: Young adults who are living in residential care center have opportunity to: 1-have group discussion 2-share ideas/perspective to each other 3-get life skill/effective life living in community/decision making/problem solving/prepare life planning etc. 4-Vocational training if they drop out of school. 5-Youth club study tour to other youth clubs and learn from each other. 6-share life skills to younger children living in the center. 7-Study tour to the real life living in community. 8-prepare to be ready for leaving the center to the community. Essential of Youth Club Program: Young adults who are living in residential care center have opportunity to: 1-have group discussion 2-share ideas/perspective to each other 3-get life skill/effective life living in community/decision making/problem solving/prepare life planning etc. 4-Vocational training if they drop out of school. 5-Youth club study tour to other youth clubs and learn from each other. 6-share life skills to younger children living in the center. 7-Study tour to the real life living in community. 8-prepare to be ready for leaving the center to the community. There are 19 youth clubs (19 orphanages) There are 342 youths, Female 169 and Male 173. Children in Buddy system:271, 122 girls and 149 boys.

9 Youth Support Sector Bi-Monthly Youth Club Meeting Youth club leaders and assistants in the bi-monthly meeting discussion on topic of Good preparing for the safety living in the community.

10 Youth Support Sector Youth provide Peer Training to children Youth club members and younger children were working together, sharing, discussing and doing some activities by learning how to be a good team player. Some youth club leaders are sharing life skills to younger children living in their center.

19  52 Residential Care Cemter director support working with director center are boundary partner with MRO at Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kompot, Kompong Chhang, Kompong Speu, Takoe, Bantey Meanchey.  47 Residential Care Center directors are boundary partner with MRO new area expand at Battambang province.  Total 99 centers are boundary partner of MRO. 20 Youth Support Sector Expand services to center director in Battambang province Cooperation with technical officer Department of Child Welfare of MoSVY and PoSVY at Battambang Province (Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation) 39 RCC Directers participated on minimum standard and case management training

21 Youth Support Sector 52 RCC directors happy to be a boundary partner with Mlup Russey Organization to get knowledge of Minimum Standard on Alternative Care for Children, Procedure to implement the policy on alternative care for children, and policy on alternative care for children and case management. Residential care Center director as boundary partner of MRO

22 Youth Support Sector Residential Care Center directors are boundary partner of MRO At Phnom Penh 54 RCC directors participated in Case Management and Minimum Standard on Alternative Care for Children training, cooperated and facilitated by the Department of Child Welfare of Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY)

23 Youth Support Sector RCC director participated in field work practice filling the reintegration process document with MRO staff RCC directors practice reintegrate process in the community

24 Youth Support Sector Director center study tour in community RCC directors visited Boundary partners of Community Support target area, SHG/VSG, at Battam Bang province, Russey II village.

26 Youth Support Sector Small study tour for Residential Care Center directors RCC directors visited other RCC for sharing and exchanging ideas and learning from each other on the implementation of minimum standards at Kompot province

27 Youth Support Sector Small study tour for directors to Cambodia Children Trust (CCT) RCC directors is sharing reflection with each group visitors for one-day visit,where the activities support children and youth in the community

29  Careleaver Support activity working with youth at Phnom Penh, Kandal, Tbong Khmom, Kep, and Siem Reap province,  There are 8 group, total 64 careleavers 38 female 26 male in 2016. Youth Support Sector Careleaver support activity working to support creleaveers in province

30 Youth Support Sector Careleavers large group meeting is conducted two time a year to support each other by sharing their concern, experience and situation of their life living in community and opportunity to have a job at Phnom Penh. Careleavers Network support large Group meeting

31 Youth Support Sector Careleavers Network Support small Group Meeting Careleavers small group meeting is conducted once a month, providing life skill training or they can share the best practice of life experience to each other or the careleavers that can be a role model, sometimes they can leading the meeting and we jus support them.

32 Youth Support Sector Supporting careleavers who have returned to community, and providing them Vocational Training according to their request by application. This support will help them to have a skill, so that they can support their daily life in the future. Vocational Training for careleavers

33 Youth Support Sector Careleavers have opportunity for working experience Careleavers have opportunity to apply for Working Experience with MRO office as administrative assistant, IT assistant, social worker etc.
