The Strategy rests securely on the following four Pillars. The Government of Nunauvt is building Nunavut's future based on the guiding knowledge of Inuit Societal Values and Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit. Traditional Inuit knowledge is incorporated into modern everyday practices. The Government of Nunavut has participated at every stage of the NIRB’s review of the proposed Vault Pit Expansion. A short section of the Vault Pit road remains to be surveyed. This will be completed under the 2016 archeology permit. ᓇᐃᑦᑐᑯᓗᒃ ᐃᓚᖓ ᐃᓗᑦᑐᖅᑎᖅᓯᒪᔪᙵᐅᖓᔫᑉ ᐊᖅᑯᑎᖓ ᓱᓕ ᕿᙳᒻᒥᒐᖅᑕᐅᔭᕆᐊᖃᖅᐳᖅ. ᑖᓐᓇ ᐱᔭᕇᖅᑕᐅᓂᐊᖅᐳᖅ ᐅᑯᑎᒎᓇᖅ, 2016−ᒧᑦ ᐃᑦᑕᕐᓂᓴᓕᕆᓂᕐᒧᑦ ᐱᔪᓐᓇᐅᑎᒋᔭᐅᔪᒃᑯᑦ.
