The DD’s experience with programs and membership recruitment are valuable. DDs help councils maximize results with minimal efforts.

Bonus: Top 3 Districts holding five degrees or more receive a bonus: Gold 20,000 VIP points Silver 10,000 VIP points Bronze 5000 VIP points
