LifeLock maps their member data against these elements to detect fraud risk with respect to new lines of credit – and alerts members if a new line is detected. LifeLock augments the Identity Alert platform with third- party solutions in order to provide further screening and detection potential. Calls are recorded. Resolution: Members who have experienced identity theft during their membership are assigned a dedicated LifeLock Resolution Specialist. LifeLock Resolution Agents are Fair Credit Report Act (FCRA) certified and trained on federal legislation, national credit repository guidelines and consumer rights. Communication: LifeLock alerts it’s members via telephone; email and SMS text message. All communications (alert and non-alert related) are recorded and stored for a minimum of two years.
