5. Color Screens Most templates have color screens over the background image, to enhance the presentation elements by obscuring the background image. To modify, follow the below steps which are completed in the video. Right click in the slide, away from any elements. Then choose format shape. Change color as desired. Change transparency as desired. Or just right click the slide and choose cut to remove the screen.

6. Background Image You can change the Background image with a picture you have on your PC, or search online within PowerPoint. To modify, follow the below steps which are completed in the video. Right click on the slide from the left preview pane, then choose “format background”. Click “file” or “online” to find a background picture. Select picture then click the “insert” button.

7. Change Slide Image You can change or delete any image elements within slides. To modify, follow the below steps which are completed in the video. Right click on the image you want to replace. Click “change picture” option. Click “file” or “online” to find an image. Select picture then click the “insert” button.

8. Change Shapes Most elements can have its shape modified. To modify, follow the below steps which are completed in the video. Right click on the element you want to modify. Click “edit points” option from the drop down menu. The element will now have a border around it. Click anywhere on that border, then drag to the location that fits your needs. If you mess up, just click the undo button at the top left of your PowerPoint window.
