3. Trip Dates: March 10 – 14 $1275 per person

4. $1275 includes….. Coach bus transportation to and from the airport

5. Airfare

6. Accommodations (four per room) at Pop Century Resort

7. Entrance to Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom

8. Class dinner (Saturday night) and fireworks at Epcot

9. One day admission to a water park

10. Meal voucher each day (except night of class dinner) $5.00 in Disney Dollars each day

11. Meal vouchers are good at selected restaurants within each of the parks and include: – Entrée – Side dish – Drink – Dessert

12. Transportation to Disney parks and Downtown Disney is free!

13. Chaperones 15:1 Student to chaperone ratio Chaperones on each floor

14. A school nurse, an administrator, and a WWP detective will be on the trip.

15. The Senior Trip is a school related activity; therefore, students are expected to follow the school’s discipline code. Any violation of the school/trip rules may result in disciplinary action. A serious infraction will result in the student being sent home immediately with a chaperone at the parents’ expense (including the travel cost of the chaperone). Any student receiving disciplinary action or who is not present more than 90% of the time during the course of the school year may forfeit his/her privilege to attend the trip and lose any money that has been paid.

16. Curfew is 11:00 P.M. Disney quiet hour is 10:00 P.M. Pool is closed. Students returning to hotel early can go to food court or their hotel rooms.

17. September 18 th  Last day to apply for financial aid (See Dr. Royster) Oct. 14 th – 16 th 2 nd Payment of $475 due and forms:  Legal name form  Copy of ID  Parent/student contract #2 Nov. 12 th – 16 th 3 rd Payment of $500 due and form:  Medical Form December 1 st, 2015 NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE!
