Digital Economy Digital Economy: DE is plan to used as a blueprint for the country’s development by digital technology, which can range from switching to digital mindset in all sectors, reforming economic structures (trade/ business, manufacturing, services), enhancing efficiency of government, to improving the quality of life of the Thai people.

Thai Government has provided full support to establish ThaiMOOC OHEC by TCU together with university network partner universities / institutes will start Thai-MOOC phase 1 on 2016 targeting to provide 120 MOOC-style courses, “Credit-bank” and “Assessment-center” and enabling Lifelong learning Learn and transfer learning creadit among university Learn and accumurate learning credits to get certificate or bachelor/master degree
