16. C LUB M EMBERSHIP Club membership must be entered into myBAR BEFORE YOU TURN IN YOUR REGISTRATION. Failure to do so will result in your club/organization’s registration being revoked.

S TEPS IN R EGISTRATION P ROCESS Update executive board members (retrieve Bronco IDs and email addresses) Grades (2.0 GPA) and judicial standing (“good” standing) will be checked Make an appointment with your Advisor: Upload Advisor application Upload ASI Signature Card (needs Advisor’s signature) Confirmation of roster page – must have 5 members minimum

21. R EMINDERS To access ASI Funds, reserve space, get recognition: – You must complete ALL steps in the registration process – correctly and be approved! Check your work! Once your registration is reviewed and approved, you will be notified about your registration status in myBAR. Be Patient!!! It may take up to 8 weeks to review your application. New clubs won’t get reviewed until Fall Quarter. If you do not complete the full process, your club/organization will not be registered.

24. I MPORTANT D ATES July 1, 2016 – Clubs cannot be registered until after the new fiscal year has started. Your 2016-2017 registration will start July 1, 2016. – All required paperwork will be uploaded to the registration site. September 1, 2016 – Fall Deadline – There will be make-up conferences on October 21, but this may conflict with class. Your members will need to clear this with your professors first. We will NOT be responsible for class conflicts. – Only fully-registered clubs will be able to access funds/spaces. November 4, 2016 – Winter Deadline (FINAL chance to get registered)
