My Introduction

My name is Cuong Do. My friends call me “Foo”, since my first name is typically pronounced “kung” (get it?). :P

I am 25 years old. I’m single, I like long walks on the beach…I think you know where I’m going with this. ;P

Ironically, I have never learned kung fu in my life, although I did attain a brown belt in kenpo karate. Hi-yahhh!

I am the second youngest of seven children. All five of my sisters are older than I am. Despite that, I think I turned out alright. :P

However, my family owns a nail salon. Sometimes, they use me as a guinea pig. :(

I graduated from Temple University in 2010 with a BA in Theater.

I’ve never done anything on a main stage. These were mostly done for school.

I’ve always wanted to be a math teacher while I was growing up.

But I hit a bump on the road along the way and decided that I wanted to be an actor instead.

As fun as it was, I merely saw acting as more of a hobby as opposed to a career.

I went back to my roots and decided that I wanted to become a math teacher again.

So here I am, opening the third chapter of my collegiate career. You know what they say, “third time’s the charm,” right? :P
