4 Business Intelligence Basics What is Business Intelligence ? That is very important when making business decision. Tools help to monitor – analyse – maintain.

5 I want to know when a key business indicator is at risk. I want to have focused discussions to drive metrics to “green.” I want my team to identify the root cause for metrics at risk. I want to ensure my team has access to the data they need to resolve issues, and expand the business If issues are found, the right team members should be “seamlessly” engaged.
