List of highest ranked projects will be provided by the Chief Judge Operations at about 2:15 pm Judges have 8 minutes to interview the student, and 2 minutes to record their impressions. Judges work alone. Do not interrupt Special Award judging which is scheduled. You are free to listen in. Chair leads the team through the process
