Quarterly Progress Reports Due Each Quarter  Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) form OMB #1205-0507  Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR) or Integrated Work Plan (IWP)  DUE to ETA no later than 45 days after the reporting quarter ends Final report due at the end of the grant  Due 90 days after all funds have been expended

Real-time Performance Measures ETA Common Performance Measures VERSUS Real-time performance measures are reported by all grantees for the quarter in which the activity occurred, in alignment with the grantees’ Statement of Work. ETA’s Common Performance Measures are exit- based and are separate from outcomes reported by grantees.

10. Quarterly Progress Report 1.Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) OMB #1205-0507 – Aggregated data based on uploaded data files in HUB. Provides an overview of quarterly activities and services provided to program participants including outcomes as a result of program completion. 2. Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR) or Integrated Work Plan (IWP) – Summary narrative of grant activities that occurred during the quarter. This is also a great place to complement the QPR data and provide additional information not captured or that needs further explanation.
