Secondary Tasks of Tajneed Team 1.Maintain Mailing Lists for correspondence with Members 2.Provide basic member data to local Jamaats 3.Provide basic member data to Auxiliaries 4.Properly Verify all member information before issuing a member code 5.Provide member data to other national departments to assist with their work. 6.Find members who are no longer in contact with Jamaats.

4. Key to Success 1.Local Jamaats must Take the initiative of Finding and Keeping Members' Information up to date 2.Center cannot do the above, on its own. All we can do is coordinate

5. Tajneed is Easy to See 1.Most of the local chapters have finance software which carries all details of members living in that chapter's area 2.Other chapters can ask for a print out or electronic version of their Tajneed anytime 3.Feel free to update it and/or let us know what to change

6. Tajneed is Easy to Change 1.All Tajneed related forms are ONLINE. No need to download, print, write, mail anything www.ahmadiyya.us/tajneed 2.Fill Out the Forms online and get a confirmation via email. If you dont get a confirmation in a day or two, We didn’t get it either. So just try again 3.Anyone can Fill It Out. President / Finance Secretary / Applicant / Cousin / Neighbor

Tajneed Forms 1.T1: Use it to request member code for any new adult member or change tajneed information for an existing member 2.T2: Use it to request address change for an existing member/family 3.T3: Use it to request member code for a newborn to an existing member 4.T7: Use it to request Jamaat Id card for an existing member

Steps in Tajneed Process 1.Receive a Request: We receive tajneed requests immediately if submitted online 2.Verify Local: If verification from local jamaat is required, we send it to president and finance secretary 3.Verify Bait: In case of new converts, we do additional verification from office of respected Missionary Incharge 4.Verify Foreign: In case of immigrants to the US, we do additional verification from the London Markaz (through office of respected National General Secretary) 5.Add / Update: After all the necessary verifications, we issue a member code or update tajneed information 6.Inform Applicant and Local Jamaat: We inform applicant, president and finance secretary via phone/email after processing the request

10. How to Remove Missing Members 1.Local Jamaats should Search for them a. Talk to Friends / Family / Neighbors 2.Local Jamaat should hold an Amla Meeting a.Discuss names of Missing persons b. Discuss efforts to locate them c. Input from All members is recorded d. Send the minutes of the meeting to center along with names 3.National Tajneed Team will remove them from your Jamaat 4.Just remember it takes real blood and sweat to bring one into Jamaat. Please help us find our brothers and sisters than writing them off

They request your prayers 2.Privacy and accuracy of member data is our primary concern. We consider it an Amanat 3.We also pledge to always treat any applicant or office bearer with respect and assist by all means 4.We are always looking for young and old members who can help us 5.Tajneed work can be done remotely and has flexible hours
