It offers unrestricted access by users to different service providers. It supports generalized mobility which will allow consistent and ubiquitous provision of services to users.  Key Technical Drivers Continuous migration of network’s core transport to universal packet- based (IP) Generalization of Broadband access to networks  But…technical considerations alone are not enough !
