2 Asperger's Disorder is a milder variant of Autistic Disorder. Both Asperger's Disorder and Autistic Disorder are in fact subgroups of a larger diagnostic category. This larger category is called either Autistic Spectrum Disorders, mostly in European countries, or Pervasive Developmental Disorders ("PDD"), in the United States. 3  Not pick up on social cues and may lack inborn social skills, such as being able to read others' body language, start or maintain a conversation, and take turns talking.  Dislike any changes in routines.  Appear to lack empathy.  Avoid eye contact or stare at others.eye  Have unusual facial expressions or postures.  Talk a lot, usually about a favorite subject. One-sided conversations are common. Internal thoughts are often verbalized.  Have heightened sensitivity and become over stimulated by loud noises, lights, or strong tastes or textures.  Have a formal style of speaking that is advanced for his or her age. For example, the child may use the word "beckon" instead of "call" or the word "return" instead of "come back."

5  Research into the sexual understanding of people with Asperger syndrome is in its infancy.  Studies suggest that affected people are as interested in sex as anyone else.  A person with Asperger syndrome aged in their 20s typically has the sexual codes of conduct befitting a teenager.

6  The medicine is selected according to the individual’s needs. Common medications include:  Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors  Paxil  Prozac  Zoloft  Celexa  Lexapro  Antipsychotic  Risperidone  Abilify

7  First of all you need love, People with aspergers feel isolated. One thing they really need is a lot of love, and sometimes you need to really show it be over the top  Next you will need a lot of patience, not only will this help you but it will help the person as well. One thing when dealing with aspergers is frustration.  Paper and pen this is very important. People with aspergers are like most people with autism. To much stimulation can send them over the edge. So having paper and a pen handy will save you both a lot of headaches.
