The good ground – differs in amount of fruit produced. All fruit to God’s glory – but accordingly to the nurturing makeup of the soil (Jn. 15:8) The GOOD GROUND

There is special advantage in the preparing the soil for the seed – seed cannot grow just anywhere (Lk. 14: 25-33) We must become discouraged over lack of success in sowing the word – only one in four types of hearers is a success! Making Christianity a success one must not allow himself to be entangled with the thorns of cares, riches, pleasures of life. Religion of serving Christ must be primary interest – never sacrifice it, compromise it, nor subordinate it to any other. Lessons: for the SOWER and HEARER
