3 The Sun is the prime mover of life, principal source of energy that affects the daily life of humans, animals and plants from its rising to its setting. The Sun, with its movement from east to west determine the cycle of growth, the rhythm of life and the changing seasons of the year.

4 The Moon influences the Earth and the life cycle of living creatures, humans, animals, birds, fishes, plants every day. The pull and push of gravity affect the water systems of the ocean, seas, lakes and rivers. The daily high tide and ebb tide affect even the monthly cycle of half of humanity:women. And stirs every living cell of flora and fauna to stimulate life and growth. The daily high tide and ebb tide affect even the monthly cycle of half of humanity:women. 5 SUNRISE… “From the Rising of the Sun…” 1.Put right hand on the left shoulder and the left hand on the right shoulder and say “Embrace the Day” 2. And bend the legs as you lower the hands to the side, Saying “ Welcome the New Day!”

6 3. Slowly straighten up the legs.. and raise arms 4. And bring and bring the fingers together above the head forming the Sun-shaped ball. and say “ At High Noon”

15 “As the Full Moon Emerges” 5. And bring the hands up and link the fingers together forming the Full- Moon- shape above the head 6. And say, “As the FULL MOON emerges”

16 “To the Fading of the Last Quarter Moon” 7. As you bring down the hands to the sides, say, To the Fading of the LAST QUARTER MOON. ”, 8. At the same time...Bend the legs as low as you can.
