11 Northeast Colorado All Hazards Region 4-11 MCI-1  6-15 Patients Minimum Positions:  Triage Control Officer  Transportation Control Officer

12 Northeast Colorado All Hazards Region 4-12 MCI-2  16-50 patients Personnel recommended  A complete Medical Division appropriately staffed pursuant to the number of casualties.  1 ALS EMT per three critical victims.  1 EMT-B per seven minor injuries. Regional Mutual Aid will be needed

13 Northeast Colorado All Hazards Region 4-13 MCI-3  >51 Patients Personnel recommended  A minimum of one complete Medical Division.  1 ALS EMT per three critical patients.  1 EMT per seven minor injuries. County, and/or State assistance will be needed
