3. During the withdrawal war. During the war, Abraham Lincoln always wanted to negociate with the South but they wouldn’t hear anything. Finally, the North won the war in 1865 and slaves were able to be free. Thanks to Lincoln the country restored peace.

4. DEATH. Abraham Lincoln was a Southern victim : he died because he was murdered. The North was unhappy : Lincoln was the best slaves’ protector in America. He was a very good president. He was the best blacks’protector.
