1 To reduce barriers to learning, it is important to ensure that key information is equally perceptible to all learners. Sound is an effective way to convey information, but not all sound is accessible to all learners. Alternative options should be available for any information, including emphasis, presented aurally.

2 Use text equivalents in the form of captions, provide written transcripts for video. Show sounds is a Microsoft software that instructs programs using auditory information visually. You can also chose text- to-speech playback

3 Text-To-Speech is a technology that converts written words into speech. Using computer speakers, TTS allows the writer to hear the text they have written. On the surface, some may think that Text To Speech only provides the ability to hear the text that is written  A student who may have dyslexia is able to write a sentence and then listen to their writing. This enables them to decide if what they have composed is correct.

4 Also for writers who struggle with pronunciation, they are also able to hear proper word pronunciation. This is very helpful for building better speech and literacy skills.

5  Show Sounds provides a number of Text To Speech options. Users are able to increase or decrease the reading speed allowing them to find a comfortable pace to work with. Finally,  Show Sounds also offers a variety of voice options such as male and female, adult and child, and US or UK accent providing users with the customized experience necessary in these modern times.
