7 WORK GROUPS Develop consensus and commitment to process of authentic dialogue— not to enforce our preconceived notions of a personal solution 7

8 FACILITATION Engages all members of the group productively Requires resolution after listening carefully to others’ concerns Expectation is that no one is asked to undermine his/her community interests Responsibility of everyone is to come to consensus conclusions
