2. OBJECTIVES To automate the maintenance of ration card. To reduce time.
To reduce paper work.

3. EXISTING SYSTEM
In existing system all the activities of this shop are done manually in paper works.
They keep all the records in big paper file records.
Due to the manual entry through paper work in the books duplicate entry or wrong entry may occur in the existing system, resulting in wasting time and resources.

4. PROPOSED SYSTEM The proposed system uses computerized model.
It overcomes paper work and avoid duplicate entry and it reduce time.

5. ABSTRACT
The ration card management system is to automate all operations in a ration shop. In existing system all actions in the ration shop was performed by manually.
Here in the proposed system I develop software for ration card management system which provides the automation on the any type of the ration shop.
That means a shop which has the type system which provides the facility to the customer of the shop to purchase goods from the shop without any complexity.
The modules include in this project are transaction processing, record management, stock management and account management, family details, community with quantity and types of crops.
