3 Subsidiary legislation - 1 Goverment Decree on types of pollutants criteria for calculation of taxes for environmental pollution amounts and method of payment (Offical Gazzete 113/05; 20 December 2005) -Tax for ODS is 100 din/kg of imported CFC - -Environmental Protection Fond is relevant body for payment – it is established under Law on Environmental Protection (Offical Gazzete 135/04) and started with activity on 25 May 2005

4 Subsidiary legislation - 2 Goverment Decision on identification of goods for export/import, which is subject of the trade under specific conditions (Official Gazzete 114/05; 23 December 2005) -List of ODS substances, pure and mixtures. Tarrif numbers are harmonized with Tarrif System. Ministerial decree of the import of second hand products, including refrigerants and deep freezers.
