(ST Network Management Plan) Transformation Study Developments – Increased Vehicular Trips of over 4,500 during the Morning Peak and 5,000 trips during the Evening peak. Arches Roundabout (A185/A194) by 2016 reaches Full Capacity Hudson Street / Tyne Dock Roundabout (A194) Exceeds Capacity Now
