Jeffrey underwent a hernia surgery when he was 3 years old which was known to be his “turning point”. After the surgery, he showed signs of deviance and began to set himself aside from society. Later on, he was sexually molested and this sparked the revenge he had to begin molesting other boys and men later on. His parents paid little to no attention to him while he was growing up, causing him to be reclusive and fend for himself. He began to experiment with animals and his parents did not think twice about it. Once he turned 18, his parents were divorced and did not care about what happened to him. They only were worried about who got his younger brother, David. This made him feel unwanted and unimportant, which could have strongly effected his urge to get out his anger.
