2. How our lives enriched by books. When we read books it helps us stretch our imagination. Every time we read a book we always picture what is going on in our heads. Books can give you ideas for writing assessments and projects.

3. How we can use the bible in our daily life. We can use the bible in our daily life by doing all the teachings Jesus gives in the bible (example: ‘love one another as I have loved you.’). People try to be like Jesus in their everyday life.

4. How does the bible shape our lives as Christians. As Christians the bible is our only proof that Jesus is real. All though we haven’t seen Jesus we can read the bibl and picture him in our heads.

5. The bible The bible is a book what has many books in it over 100 books are in. The bible is a book which can shape many peoples lives. The bible is made up of 2 parts the new testament and old testament.

6. Old testament The Jew’s bible is made up of the old testament and is called the Hebrew bible. The old testament is for before Jesus was born and is mostly about the creation.

7. New testament In the new testament it is after Jesus was born and is about his life healing and teaching to people about. We don’t hear much about Jesus’s childhood as he is growing up.

8. Dead sea scrolls The dead sea scrolls were found in between 1946 and 1956. The dead sea scrolls had a collection of 972 books. All of the words are mostly the same as the book Isaiah. They were written on: bronze, papyrus and parchment.

9. What I have learnt. In this topic I have learnt how to use the bible properly and the Genres in the bible. The Jews have a special bible called the Hebrew and that it’s based on the old testament. All books are sources fiction and non-fiction. The part I enjoyed the most was when we found out the differences and similarities about Jesus feeds the 5000. I liked this lesson because we found out that not all the stories in the bible are the same.
