3. - Romanian Ministry of Education signed, to the end of December 2012, the partnership, „Te iubeşte mama/Mother loves you“, a project of Associazione delle Donne Romene in Italia - A.D.R.I. Through this, they are offering support for pupils with parents working in other country then Romania. Practically, each child can access the virtual application Skype, disponible in public libraries, for a easy and free communication audio and video with their parents who work abroad. The partnership is for 2 years.

4.  - Organizaţia Salvaţi Copiii România, with the support of Enel CUOREEnel CUORE, Intesa Sanpaolo BankIntesa Sanpaolo Bank and Compania di San Paolo, Compania di San Paolo Porsche Romania Porsche Romania and MoneyGram International MoneyGram International Are developing the program Growing up together/Creştem împreun ă. The project is offering services to the children in risky situations (with parents at work in another state from Europe). It take place in 16 centers from 15 cities, România: Bucureşti, Piteşti, Mangalia, Târgovişte, Craiova, Reşiţa, Timişoara, Lupeni, Petrila, Braşov, Piatra Neamţ, Sighişoara, Negreşti, Iaşi and Suceava. The project aims: to provide a system of protection for children without adequate parental care because of economic migration other states.

5.  Official statistics show that in Romania there are 85,601 children whose parents are working in another state. In reality the number is much higher. All the levels: “School of the parents” course for parents. OBSERVATIONS: children with at least one parent away To a sample of 3526 students, the number of children with at least one parent away is: 224, or 6,36%. Most of them are working in Europe, Italy. The percent of children with parents working away from home is growing with their age.
