Ineligibles - Reasons  Student does not fulfil residency criteria  Previous study, no fee support – loan only entitlement  Attending a private HEI with non-designated courses  Student applies for a Non-Means Tested NHS Bursary or Department of Health funding  Application received after the 9 month application deadline

Ineligibles – HEI Role  Offer advice to students who have not applied via national support  Filter out students pre PN1 application (above financial threshold bands etc)  HEI automated rule/manual award applied as per individual HEI rules  HEI confirms attendance via SAC file/ACR – payment released
