2 Cycle Counts defined : A cycle count is not the same as a physical inventory, but the terms may be sometimes incorrectly be used interchangeably. This can cause confusion for NAV users because of the terminology used in the system. When discussing cycle counts, we are referring to process of verifying the on-hands of specific item the or group of items on a schedule.During a physical inventory all items are counted on one day. @NAVUG
