4.   Each chapter’s CME will look different  What does your chapter need to learn?  Where can your chapter grow?  Chapter can help in determining topics (“what do you think we need to learn this year?”) Face difficult situations and ask hard questions.  Topics should encourage brothers to learn, grow, and overall become better brothers! 5.   What does your chapter NEED?  Does your chapter NEED to memorize the names of the founding fathers?  How do the basics of your MEP apply to your chapter and your bands? CME: A Chapter’s Needs
