1 UNC Modification Proposal 0097: Modification to release aggregated ex-post information for pipeline interconnector offtake flows Christiane Sykes E.ON UK August 2006

Timetable issues? – Currently IUK update flow info. at 1600 – would bringing publication forward to 1100 be a problem? Would a change to NExAs be required? What area of Code will be affected?

4 © 2006 E.ON03 July 2016, E.ON UK, Page 4 Areas for discussion (2) Meter Values don’t close out until D+5 Accept that meter values don’t close out until D+5, however, IUK input information already published, doesn’t close out until M+15. Appropriate caveats on info provided, could be given. Data ownership / asset ownership issues IUK already provide NGG NTS with real-time info and so publishing D+1 info on Gemini is not expected to be a problem. NG also have info available for Irish Interconnector. Do not expect interconnector operators to block publishing D+1 info on Gemini. Do interconnector shippers have a view on this?

5 © 2006 E.ON03 July 2016, E.ON UK, Page 5 Areas for discussion (3) Would there be any system impact? We do not anticipate any significant system impact as it is proposed that the information is posted on an established database – Gemini Meter Energy List. Timetable issues? – Currently IUK update flow info. at 1600 – would bringing publication forward to 1100 be a problem? The data should be made available, as per other offtake meters. Understand that real time info already available to NG.

Section TPD V – General (Annex V-1 Operational and Market Data). Additional table to require publication of D+1 flow information, in Gemini Meter Energy List). ‘V5.9.1 Subject to the provisions of the Code, National Grid NTS shall arrange for the data referred to in Annex V-1, (''Operational and Market Data'') to be published or made available in the manner specified in Annex V-1. ‘
