15 Data Collection Research QuestionsData Collection ToolsWhy this tool? Justify its use in your study. How does it match to what you are attempting to find and to measure? Will exercise improve my mobility and flexibility? Observation and JournalBy observing my ability to do the exercises throughout the entire project and journaling the results will determine if there has been improvement. Will slowly integrating the exercises be beneficial to me? Journal and QuestionnaireWhile slowly integrating mobility and flexibility exercises into my daily routine, it will be important to observe if the exercises are making a difference and it will be significant to document the outcomes. I will complete a questionnaire after each new exercise is introduced to determine its effectiveness. 15Action Research Proposal
