6 All Rights Reserved, MarketSphere Consulting, LLC 5 Our Understanding Location of manufacturing facility is in Auburn, NE –One of two employers in a town of 2000 Identified and addressed their past hiring process and safety issues Auburn HR Manager resigned recently Moving the finishing of doors back into the Auburn facility, complete in 2008 Replaced a production incentive program with a gain sharing program Need to add 26 Level 1 and 2 employees starting in mid February 2007 running through May 2007 –Need to account for attrition –Target: hire 10 employees per week starting week of February 12 th XXXXXXX requested MSCO to provide a Sourcing strategy/process with clear, measurable business outcomes.

7 All Rights Reserved, MarketSphere Consulting, LLC 6 Scope & Objectives The scope of this engagement would focus on results needed for both immediate and long-range recruitment and retention goals for the hourly workforce at Auburn. The objectives of this effort would include: –Reviewing your current hiring processes and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of your “staffing supply chain” –Reviewing factors influencing recruitment and retention success and establishing measures of success for current and long-term hiring efforts –Leveraging our full understanding of current process performance, design a sourcing strategy and process that integrates with the overall hiring strategy and incorporates key success factors –Collaborating with the XXXXX team to identify and prioritize opportunities and necessary actions to ensure XXXXX is ready to implement and support changes –Developing documentation (e.g., process maps) and materials identified for immediate and long-term implementation –Partnering with the XXXXXX team to track and measure key milestones and outcomes Our goal is to position XXXXXX for long-term growth by optimizing existing hiring processes and maximizing prior investments in workforce practices.

Measurement System for quantifying impact of efforts.
