Rasta Man Ramón Hernández 1º4

Their characteristics They believe in a different god named Jah. They principally are black. They smoke weeds. They listen to reggae music. The most famous man who had this ideology was Bob Marley (he’s like god for them). Originally they weren´t an urban tribe but I think that they are now.

Clothes Rastas’ in hair. Some of them use expensive clothes and some of theim wear like the poor. They normally wear extrange clothes with a lot of colours.

Bob Marley Robert Nesta Marley (Nine Miles, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica, February 6, 1945 - Miami, 11 May 1981), better known as Bob Marley was a Jamaican musician and composer. During his career he was the leader, songwriter and guitarist for the band of ska, rocksteady and reggae The Wailers (1964-1974) and Bob Marley & the Wailers (1974-1981). Marley remains the most known and respected performer of reggae music and is credited with helping spread the music of both Jamaica and the Rastafari movement (which was a committed member) to a worldwide audience. Among Bob Marley's greatest hits include "I Shot the Sheriff", "No Woman, No Cry," "Exodus," "Could You Be Loved," "Stir It Up," "Jamming", "Redemption Song" "One Love" and, together with The Wailers, "Three Little Birds" and the posthumous releases "Buffalo Soldier" and "Iron Lion Zion". The compilation album Legend, released in 1984, three years after his death, is the best selling reggae album in history with 10 times platinum in the U.S. and 20 million copies worldwide.

The book Kebra Nagast It is the holy book of Ethiopian tradition, the book of the 'Glory of Kings'. The Kebra Nagast is the Bible of the Rastafarians. Besides basing their doctrine in another Ethiopian book called "Feth Nagast", it is important to note that the canon of the Ethiopian Bible has more books than the European versions, be among these great importance to the Book of Enoch.

Jah This religion was born in ethiopy. It’s a monotheistic religion. Jah was a reincarnated god emperor.
