1. Overweight Obesity can increase risks of complicated pregnancy such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, birth defects and the need for c-section. So, stay at a healthy weight when you're trying to conceive.

2. Too Much Exercise... Stay fit, but avoid overdoing exercises. Do regular and moderate physical workout. "Working out to the point of interfering with your menstrual cycle, as some marathon runners and gymnasts experience, can mess with your fertility".

3. Smoking According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, "It takes longer for smokers to conceive, and smoking makes a woman's eggs more prone to genetic abnormalities. Smoking increases the risk of miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy".

4. Heavy Caffeine "Excessive caffeine interferes with your ability to absorb iron, can dehydrate you and, in high doses, can increase miscarriage and preterm birth risk."

5. Alcohol "Drinking excessively (more than two drinks each day) is linked to irregular periods, lack of ovulation and abnormal estrogen and progesterone levels, which can make it harder to conceive".

6. Unhealthy Food Avoid unheatlhy diet. Prefer going green! Consume diet that helps in getting fertile. Count on sufficient vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to conceive healthily.

7. High Stress Levels It's evident that the chronic or intense stress can do a number on your reproductive system, and, well, having trouble getting pregnant can cause quite a bit of stress! Help yourself with meditation and yoga to overcome the stress.
