2. Summary This presentation is a follow up on the MMT meeting that took place in May and a request from Roland to EIS to propose a coordinated installation/ commissioning for the machine. The slides provide ideas on organization and service needs. A supportive document provides more detail related to the service (responsibilities, requirements, strategies and time plan). 2

3. Recommendation Establish an overall site organization with a Site Manager representing ESS. – Coordinates the site activities – This person should not come from CF to manage prioritizations etc. – This person is not part of a cervice but the responsible site manager at Site. Agree and implement an ”aligned” site organization on project level Establish central services related to installation/commissioning – Quality control (Q division) – Skanska Maskin (offer from CF) – Machine Installation/Commissioning (a combination of services from ESS of areas not ´provided by Skanska Maskin/CF) Establish an installation service supporting the machine – One of the services under Machine Installation/Commissioning 3
