3 Coordinator Duties  Additional Co-ordinator Duties Circular 70/04 To co-ordinate the day to day operation of the Adult Guidance Service, including planning, supervision of staff, management of premises and resources, and maintenance of records To support staff development, supervise guidance information services and staff. Establishing quality standards and guidelines in line with national practice for the initiative To provide and outreach service to adult education centres in the catchment area To market and promote the guidance service, including the development of promotional materials To develop appropriate networks and partnerships with local agencies in the fields of education, training, welfare and community services To monitor the service, reporting to the CEO/EO/AEO ( or community or other management structure as appropriate) on developments and provision, and informing the work of relevant national agencies
