2 Volunteers or stewards are an integral part of a football fixture, with more and more people coming to the stadiums to watch the game and with the rapid escalation of unfortunate events of crowd misbehavior, rioting and racism, the work of a volunteer becomes of prime most importance. To face these challenges the volunteers need to be equipped with the right training and knowledge of procedures and regulations.
