Emphasizes the power of the blood of Christ. Blood of Christ makes “remission of sins” (Matthew 26:28) possible. Blood of Christ provides “redemption.” (Ephesians 1:7) Blood of Christ brings about “peace” between man and God. (Colossians 1:20) Blood of Christ allows man to enter into the “presence” of God. (Hebrews 10:19) Blood of Christ provides cleansing. ◦ When we are baptized. (Acts 22:16; Ephesians 5:26) ◦ When we walk in the light. (1 John 1:7) 2
