Leadership Priority Goal Statement: I will manage my time effectively in order to increase the frequency and impact of classroom walkthroughs by conducting X walkthroughs per week, on average and providing feedback to teachers. Key Actions: By September 1: Develop a schedule and method for logging classroom walkthroughs between October 1 st and May 30 th. By January 1 st : Share at least 5 (anonymous) samples of feedback I’ve written with principal colleagues and/or principal supervisor and analyze their feedback. By June: Log demonstrates at least X walkthroughs with feedback weekly, on average between October 1 and May 30 th. 7 Delaware Academy for School Leadership
